Protein Bites

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Nut butter of your choice

  • 1 Cup Oats

  • 2 TBSP Chia Seeds

  • 2 TBSP Ground Flax seeds (optional)

  • 1 serving of vanilla protein powder

  • 2 TBSP Chocolate chips (I use dairy-free from Enjoy Life)

  • 2 TBSP agave nectar

  • 1 Splash of nut milk

*Optional: Coconut flakes, shredded almonds, dried cranberries, cocoa nibs, cinnamon.*


Preparation:

1). Mix together all ingredients in a large mixing bowl - place in fridge for 15-20 minutes (this makes it easier to form the mixture into balls.

2). Scoop out mixture from mixing bowl and hand roll into balls.

3). You can make the chocolate drizzle by melting a TBSP of chocolate chips and a small spoonful of coconut oil.

4). Place in a container and store in the fridge for up to 7 days.
