Bacon, Egg, Tomato, & Sprouts Sandwich


Ingredients:

  • 1 Egg Over Easy

  • 1 Slice Of Turkey Bacon

  • Alfalfa + Radish Sprouts

  • 1 Slice Of Tomato

  • Salt + Pepper

  • 1 Whole Wheat Sandwich Thin

  • Sprinkle Of Shredded Cheese

Preparation:

1). In a large skillet - cook slice of turkey bacon on medium heat until desired crispiness; then remove from pan and place on paper towel to remove excess grease.

2). Turn down heat to medium low and grease pan. Crack egg in pan and cook over easy - flip egg when egg whites are no longer translucent.

3). Place sandwich thin in toaster if desired. Add sliced tomato to skillet and flip once after two minutes - then sprinkle with salt + pepper and shredded cheese.

4). Once sandwich thin is toasted - remove from toaster and move to plate. Carefully place egg on the bottom slice of bread - cut turkey bacon in half and add on top of egg - add tomato - top with sprouts - then carefully place top slice of bread on sandwich. ***Do not press the sandwich down - egg is fragile and will become super runny!**


This sandwich is messy so be sure to eat over a plate and enjoy! :)
